Thats me!! Im 32+3 and i was always dizzy and light head! So i started making sure i didnt miss taking my vitamins at night and i start making sure i have a bowl of cereal every morning and a peace of fruit.and i have a Gatorade everyday and it has really been helping me! My docotors said its just a part of pregnancy and i should try new foods and i did and ive been better.so good luck to you.maybe changing yout eating will help you too.
Definitely talk to your doctor but it could easily be a number of things. You could be anaemic and need to take an iron supplement, or your blood sugar could be low. The only way to know for sure what it is, is to talk to your doctor.
Might wanna get checked out could be preclamsia. And drink lots of water
