I would include your brothers and sisters and mom. Say you need help but don't ever mention the dad there's no need for his info and don't say he helps you either or they will ask for his info. Don't ever feel pressured to give any of his info. Only apply for Medicaid and food stamps and wic.
Don't apply for tanf or they'll make you put him on child support.

Yea I wasn't gonna include my dads insurance it's only my mom brother and sister here my boyfriend but not gonna put him under cuz of how much they both would make together.. I have proof ultra sounds with my name and doctors letter when they wanted me to get the flu shot saying I'm under their pregnancy care and would like me to get it and my doctors number and a hole lot lol and if it's just my mom and lol siblings shouldn't I put them down since my mom has to pay for them and their no where near working still very young so wouldn't I get more link if my mom does put them under my link with proof of everything their socials my moms rent bills her lighting bills heating like I said up to $2,000 the most and her check weekly pay proof they live with us or I wouldn't need that? I'm pretty sure I we can get that info from both their schools but would I need to just in case and only transportion is bus or train

Best way to know would be to look up Medicaid regulations in your state.
If your mom is the only one working & making 14$ hr then you should qualify for the Medicaid for ourself under pregnant woman's Medicaid and get even food stamps for your whole family as well.
I wouldn't include your dad or that you have his insurance just cancel his.

I'm 18, 7 weeks pregnant & I applied for medicaid, food stamps, and wic. My insurance will cover everything up to the day my baby's born then I have to insurance for my baby. I live with my mom & grandma and they told me to only out I lived with my grandma. That I have to provide my own food & when I get a job I have to pay rent! Because if I put that my lives here to they are going to deny it because of how much they make combined. I wouldn't put all those people down in the household! But you should definitely still apply! You can never be  more sure that your baby's going to be 100% taken care of & never had to go without. There's nothing wrong with getting a little help.
