worst backache ever
Hey ladies. Im currently 16w4d. I have a bad back as it is and now im pregnant it seemed to have gotton worse it goes all the way fown my spine. Can any suggest what they did to ease the pain. Off to the physio tomorrow to see if I need a brace
Tell me about it, last night I was crying because my lower back hurts so bad to the point where I feel if I move it'll break. I was sitting down on my bed getting up to go to the bathroom and I just couldn't do it. Halfway up it felt like I was going to break my back. I'm only 21 weeks.
Yeh it only gets worse. So bad atm its killing me hot showers and heat packs aren't even helping
Girl I'm six weeks and already am having bad back pain. Does it just get worse?
