your experience with implantation bleeding?

heyy, :) we are trying to conceive, and about 2 weeks ago i started spotting, a tiny bit of brown (spotting started like a week and a half before my period was due) i spotted for about 4 days, and then it got a little bit heavier, light pink in colour, in total the spotting and light period lasted about 11 days... its unusual for me to have a light period and especially having no cramps at all while being on period. my period is always heavy and lasts about 6 days and always very very crampy... i've never had a light period before... could this have been implantation? from what i've read it lasted too long to be implantation...but at the same time it wasn't heavy enough to be my normal period...and i had no cramps.. but after the light period stopped, i had mild cramps about 3 days later.. for about 2 days, mild cramps every now and again..i remember having menstrual cramps when i was pregnant with my first, i had cramps and i thought my period was about to start but it never did so i did a test, and found out i was pregnant :)
now my tests are negative, so i'm very dissapointed, trying to conceive for 4 months now..i've no patience at all :(
did anyone here experienced implantation bleeding? what was it like? :)

i did search :) some women do mistake implantation bleeding with a light period, like i read that some women find out they are 2 months pregnant cause they miss their period, and when they look back at when they could have conceived they say they did have a light period...i'll just wait till my next period, see what its like, if its light again i'll go to doctors anyway, maybe something is wrong, cause i hadn't  had a light period before.. :)

Hmm I'm not sure :/ idk much about implantation bleeding. Maybe try researching it and see if anybody has had something similar to you. I would wait a few days to a week and test again. If its still negative try and go for some blood work. First response early results was always best for me!

i'm not bleeding now, i was bleeding for about 11 days, and again my period is usually about 6 days, and it wasn't very heavy, pink in colour...i just used one pad a day, put a fresh one on in the morning and one before sleep...it didn't fill the pad up.... but if i was using just a pantyliner then it would of leaked on the underwear... so i ssuppose its too much blood to be implantation?
and it wasn't pink colour throughout the 11 days, it started of as tiny bit of brown spotting, which lasted 4 days, then pink light period for another 5-6 days...
maybe my body is faking pregnancy symptoms..the phantom pregnancy, because i want to get pregnant so much... i have sensitive breasts and i'm moody, and tired, and i have this discharge, white one, like the one you have when you're pregnant, but that can be ovulation discarge... and my tests are negative :(
sorry for writing so much

When I was 3 weeks pregnant I spotted brown/pink for about 5 days. It stopped for a day or two then at 4 weeks pregnant I spotted for 4 days. So all together I spotted pretty much 9 to 10 days. It wasn't enough really for a pad or anything. Mostly just when I wiped. Although sometimes a little bit of blood got in my undies and that's it. Usually implantation bleeding is just enough to see when you wipe. How much are you bleeding?

Implantation bleeding is usually light pink in color and from my experience I only had it when I went to the restroom one time, after that it was gone. Spotting and cramping are common in the first tri. Since you had a light period and negative hpts I would either wait a few days till retesting or ask your ob for a lab slip to get a beta beta hcg test which is most accurate.
Good luck on your ttc journey!
