Is my girlfriend pregnant?

Hi, I this is my first time having to use a website like this, so if I leave out any info please ask and I'll fill you in.

Anyway, my girlfriend and I both fear that she may be pregnant. We last had sex about 2 weeks ago, and we found that the condom had broken after we were done. I thought we had gotten lucky, because I had not ejaculated in her or at all for that matter.

Anyway, she was supposed to get her period 3 days ago, however it started a day late which was last night. The peculiar thing is that if stopped. Just a little came out, and nothing since then (it's been 24 hours since the bit came out). Ive researched this and found that it may be menstural spotting or implantation bleeding, im no doctor though. She's also been experiencing many stomach cramps that seem to come in waves for 10 mjnuts or so, then vanish for about 10 mins.

Her and I are both very worried because we're both only 16 and neither of us are ready for this.

Also note that she does have mild anxiety and is on Xanax, not sure if this could play a role in this, but I thought I should include that.

Thank you so much for your help. If you have any more questions

At this point,  a home pregnancy test would be accurate.  And yes,  anxiety can cause changes in menstruation.  If you didn't ejaculate,  it's unlikely she'd get pregnant but home pregnancy tests are widely available and very cheap.

Best wishes.

I forgot to include that both she and I are very stressed out, so I'm not really sure if that can play a role in this too. I've heard it can. Thanks!
