boyfriend is 18 I am 16 .. can he get in trouble ?

OK so I'm really scared and worried this has been bugging me for days and I don't want to ask any body who works as a lawyer or anything like that cuz I feel like they will try to do something if we can get in trouble butt ....
I'm 16 , with my second child .. My boyfriend is 18 just turned 18 in July ,(he is not the same father as w my first child )  I turned 16 in September .. Well I'm 2 months pregnant and I was wondering if he can get in trouble since he's 18 ? We've known each other for years about 3/4 years but never took it serious until now about 5/6 months ago if that matters ? But I really need to know an answer .. BTW I live in Texas ? Well then, that's great. And I wasn't judging so I apologize if it came off that way. I would just hate to think of you dealing with two kids all on your own so young. But I doubt your boyfriend will get in major trouble. Good luck to you!

Hopefully this is the guy you wanna stay with forever. I'm not trying to be mean but getting pregnant and having baby's shouldn't be something you take so lightly. You're 16 and have two babies by two different guys.. Slow down, enjoy your youth.

Technically no, for a stat rape charge due to the close in age proximity, you two being within 3 years age difference. But the worse he could get is a corrupting the morals of a.minor charge, but since this is your second child and second baby daddy, I doubt it.
