What do I do ?

This is really. Crazy . So I had sex with a 34 year old . We didn't use protection he never wanted to and he always said he wanted a kid with me . I got pregnant right away . I am 17 and my birthday is in a month . We've been talking for a year . He had a gf before me she just turned 21 . They been together for 2 years prior to me getting to know me . Well he lied to me and said he was only with her to get papers .that he didn't love her he just wanted to help her . So she can go to college . But then when I told her the truth about us he got mad . He didn't want her to know . I actually didn't even tell her she found out for herself . And all this time he lied about being with her . Now he doesn't want to talk to me or even help me when before he used to because I'm no longer working . He said when the baby's born hell talk to me but then he said that he wouldn't care of I got an abortion rn and I'm 5 months pregnant . That's so wrong when befor he was happy and telling me he wanted to be with me and have a family and that he was going to help me. After she found out things changed. He said that he talked to his lawyer and that he doesn't have to help me if he doesn't want to . But I need help  I'm not working I have no place to go when the baby's born and I have no money . I lost everything because of him . We use to work together he made me leave the job . And now I'm stuck . I need help . Is there anything I can do to him . Isn't he suppose to help me because he purposely got me pregnant and I have no one . I still need a lot of things as a pregnant women .

If you're in the US,  you can sue him for child support whether or not you are or were married.

I don't know what state you live in,  whether this was felony statutory rape or not.

Unfortunately, you weren't married so there isn't a whole lot of legal action you can take. He could be prosecuted for statutory rape depending on your states laws and the age you were when you began having sex, but you would need proof. If he went to jail, you would not get any child support from him.

So, you are really in a jam. I am sorry for that. You are going to need to figure out a way to get some job training and earn your own income. You can get child support from him but it is not going to be enough for you and a baby to live off of.

When baby comes you can file for child support, but unfortunately until then I don't think there's much you can do. Your parents could charge him with statutory rape as you're a minor, because having sex with you was very wrong of him, you're half his age. It sounds like you still love him so you probably won't allow that, but I just think you should reevaluate if this guy is worth it. He preyed on you and that other girl, he used you, and I'm very sorry that happened to you. Your best bet now is to see if your parents or any loved ones can help you out until you can get on your feet.

Do some research too, see if there's any free family prosecutors in your area, if he left you with nothing you might be able to file a civil suit for something similar to alimony. I hope everything works out for you, you deserve way more than that guy. Good luck! You still have plenty of time before baby comes to figure it all out so try not to stress too much
