I have been taking prenatal vitamins for over a year now and we have been TTC since November with no luck I have been using the ovulation calendar as well. My husband works nights during the week so we really only have sex on the weekends and Monday. Should he be ejaculating during the week to get rid of old sperm? Also I didhave him taking folic acid and vitamin C to help with his sperm. I also been using ovulation sticks and I tried the Pre seed lubricant this past month and didn't get pregnant. I have my periods regularly every month. So I'm sure what to do I'm also going to be 35 next month may and I'm just worried.
