I am also 6 dpo right now and thinking I might be pregnant. I've been feeling a tugging/pulling sensation below my bellybutton and feeling like light cramps every once in a while but on different sides sometimes . I also have been feeling very achy and sore all over my body and have had bad headaches sometimes too. The past couple days I've been feeling chilly but my armpits are sweety. My hands and feet will be freezing but I will be sweating. Hope this helps!
