Anyone who is over weight looking to get to or close to normal BMI before ttc? Supoort post maybe? What are you doing to lose weight?
That helped me to conceive my first! I just started eating less calories. Tract them and set goals using an app called lose it
I'm doing slimming world as the midwives recommend it fir healthy eating (uk)
How much did you ultimately need to lose to? And how much did you want to lose before ttc? Im about to start my weight loss journey,after many other attempts i know how to lose it and i can but i keep falling off the wagon :/
