Baby Bump or not?

Can I already have a baby bump at 6 weeks? I had 3 Embryos Transfered and I am now 6 weeks PG. I have not had my U/S yet, but I think I already have a baby bump. I have noticed my tummy was bigger a week ago and just thought it was gas or something. Then yesterday I had alot of light cramping and today my belly is even bigger. I can't even wear my PJs, they were killing me when I woke up. Did any of you w/ twins or trips start to show this soon?

You may be bloated, but I dont think you are "showing" at  6 weeks.  The uterus couldnt have changed that much to the point where you would be showing.  You are most likely bloated.

I did not start showing until 5 months or so....No one even knew I was pregnant and then they were shocked when I told them I was and with twins!  BUT I know a lot of people that start showing very early.  
My RE did my u/s at 5 weeks and then again at 10 weeks before releasing me back to my OB/GYN.

I did IVF with 2 embryos (currently 16 weeks with twins) and was bloated right from the start. It seemed the bloating from the egg harvesting/transfer never did disappear and it just went from that to the babies growing and to be more and more of a bump.

I didn't show at 6 weeks, but am now (at 18 weeks with twins) showing A LOT!  I didn't show like this with my daughter until I was 6 months pregnant!

Hello, I am 6 weeks today and I had an ultrasound. The doctor found 4 maybe 5 heartbeats. It was such a different experience even though they are going to do a selective reduction. Has anyone ever gone through that? By the way, none of my jeans are fitting me and if they do, they fit really tight. I just thought I was gaining weight really fast, but that's not the case.

I am suposed to have my U/S on the 16th. My RE will be doing it and they said we should be abled to see a heartbeat. He will do the transvaginal u/s. That's realy all they are looking for at this point, and how many are there. Then I will have another one probly around 12 weeks, right before he releases me to my OB. Did you do IVF?

when are you having the u/s? if it's around 9 weeks that's because normally they can't pick up the fetus until then. we could just make out boog and bug on the u/s at 9 weeks. the er doc (that's actually how i found i was having twins...i wasn't scheduled to see my ob/gyn until 13 weeks, he doesn't typically see pregnancies till the 2nd trimester) had to magnify the u/s 3x's so we could see them. amazing how small they are and how fast and how big we get. lol.

Yes, I was getting the same looks yeasterday. If we have 2 I think 1 of each would be nice. If we jsut have 1 then I just want it to be healthy. I lost 2 pregnancies last year, so I am very on edge this time around. I don't know why they scheduled my U/S for so far away!

lol....my first day of buying maternity clothes everyone was like "omg how far along are you??" when i said 6 weeks...7 weeks or whatever they just gave me this look. i figured i was eating too much (which was impossible since i wasn't eating b/c of morning sickness) 3 weeks later i found out why i was growing so fast....there were 2 little peanuts not 1. lol.

are you hoping for girls, boys or both?

I'm not sure how many there are yet. As I said I haven't had my U/S yet, the suspense is killing me, especialy now! Had to go out today and buy a few materrnity items.....LOL

i had a "bump" when i was 6 weeks pregnant. i had twins though. my belly was noticably bigger by 6 weeks. i went from a size 5 to a size well...maternity. by 12 weeks i couldn't fit into a single pre pregnancy thing.
