So I went for an ultrasound yesterday and was very excited to find out that I am having identical girls as I already have three boys at home! I always feel better after an ultrasound, but is there ever a safepoint in twin pregnancy where I can feel somewhat safe?

Congrats!! TWIN Girls??? Lol that's awesome!! We found out one boy/one girl on ours :D! My sister-in-law has twin identical girls and says you are the only one that will know... :D you and dad :D!! Best of luck hon!! I too worry about when the safe point is. I spent Sunday in the hospital for major pains that felt like little girl was trying to come out. Luckily hospital says it is just round ligaments that overstretched. But man, I am so worried. Pain has still been pretty bad and I am just trying to relax in between my bus routes. Ugh worst job ever to have while pregnant I swear! I have to worry so much about getting sick!! Best job ever to have though once they get here because you work an hour maybe too then home for same time... repeats up to three times a day depending the routes. Couldn't ask for better! Unless you were a home mom :D!! Which one day I hope to be! Good luck hon!! :D!! I feel ya as far as the worry though :D!! Hang in there!!!!!

Thanks everyone! and congrats on the new... well still kinda new little ones.  I am debating on how I will tell them apart... painting a toenail or a bracelet. I am very nervous that they will be mixed up after birth. lol.

congrats.  i had identical girls the end of june.  now i have 3 daughters at home.  the only time i felt completely safe was when the girls were home.  they were 6 weeks early.  thankfully my doc gave me 2 steriod shots near the end so their lungs were well developed and they only had to stay in the NICU for about 2 weeks.
