not a question but a BIG milestone!!!!

so my boys are almost 8 1/2 months old. last night was a BIG BIG BIG milestone for brett michael and TODAY for eli james!!!!! well last night i heard brett start crying so i went upstairs to check on him, change his diaper and give him his bottle. well i open the door to the nursery and WHAT is my little booger doing???? HE WAS STANDING UP!!! all by himself!!! he pulled himself up and was standing there!!!!! the FIRST time he's ever pulled himself up!!!!!!! i was so excited!! THEN today, eli SAT UP on his own!!!!! they were both sitting on the floor playing with toys and eli just sat up! my boys are growing to fast!!!!!!!

he was doing it ALL day today. using the coffee table, tv stand, chairs, couch....me. lol. anything he can use to pull that cute little bum up off the floor he does. what's funny is he's starting to actually crawl now to. not his cute army crawl.these 2 crack me up. they're "fighting" with each other now. i know it's not funny but i can't help but laugh at how mad they get! eli chews on bretts arm so brett lays down and kicks eli in the nose so than eli gets mad at brett smacks his hands on the floor gets even madder and smacks brett in the face. it's a vicious cycle that doesn't end. and i can't help but laugh. when they eat......brett grabs eli's bib and smacks him in the nose. no matter how far apart i put them brett launches himself at eli. it's like they're magnatized to each other. lol

i do have to say that us parents of multiples get to have a lot of fun watching them interact with each other so young.

So exciting!  My kids went thru a stage (i think it was brief, fortunately), where they figured out how to stand in their cribs...but then, they couldn't get back down!  It opened a whole new phase of middle of the night interruptions in everyone's sleep :)

that is nice. Its always nice to see something new. I stay home with my girls and if they did something new, I tell my husband when he gets home from work, he gets happy but I can also see the "I wish I was here" look on his face.  Have fun.
