If your body is used to it, then it shouldn't be a problem. Just be sure not to over do things or lift anything too heavy. If you start spotting or bleeding after doing any work then that's a sign you've done too much and need to rest. Be sure you're taking regular breaks and drinking plenty of water too.
I should not be a problem as long as you stay hydrated, work within your limits and not overdue it, I also would wear some type of mask and gloves to be on the safe side
