Hello,
I'm sorry for your loss.
As you have discovered the pull-out method is not very reliable. If indeed you are pregnant discuss it with your obstetrician. Given you had a classical cesarean delivery you will be advised to have a repeat cesarean. If you were to labor it is clear the risk of uterine rupture is high enough to make that inadvisable. However, it is not so clear whether you will be at an increased risk of a spontaneous uterine rupture (i.e., rupturing the uterus in the absence of contractions). If there was a high concern for spontaneous rupture, a scheduled delivery as early as 36 weeks could be considered, after assessing the fetal lung maturity.
Again, check in with your obstetrician and talk it over. Seek multiple opinions if necessary (this forum does not qualify as an adequate second opinion).
Best regards,
Dr. Downing
It may happen that way,But I would not get to worried about it,If you are pregnant then your body is apparently ready for it.So I would wait and see what your doc says and pick the best choice, and I am truly sorry for your loss
