acne n spots

How can i avoid spots,acne and dark line!  What should i do to avoid these?

Theres really nothing you can do to.avoid these as they are all a result of your hormones changing. Ask mom if she experienced them when she was pregnant with you as lots of pregnancies between mother and daughter tend to be similar. Im 38 weeks and still.never got the dark line or "spots"? I also had relatively clear skin throughout my pregnancy and now.my chin has started breaking out a little randomly? Despite washing my face and drinking lots of water..

If you were my patient, I would advise you to choose a good skin care system including a sunscreen.  Sometimes topical Retin A can be helpful too!
