im late and having headaches

My calculations says my period was suppose to come down on the 22nd and I'm late 4 days. I took 2 pregnancy test and they were both negative what should I do.

I typically advise patients of my own to repeat pregnancy tests weekly until either the test is positive, or the period comes.  How intensely I investigate depends upon what the story is--for example if the patient is at risk for a tubal or ectopic pregnancy, I would certainly consider doing a blood pregnancy test.  If the patient typically had irregular cycles, I would just do the weekly urine tests.  If you are not sure that you are doing them correctly (they are pretty hard to mess up) you could have the test repeated in the ER or walkin clinic.

It may still be too early for a test. I'd wait a week and then try again. If it's still negative, and no period I would go see your doctor.

I was supposed to start my period on dec 24,2012 but now I'm 7 days late. I took two test but its negative. I may have to wait another week or so.

But make sure you do take another test even if it is a week or two , I saw my Dr who said not to worry and it was prob due to weight loss .2 months later I went back with bloating and he gave me some drug and said don't worry it will go down . It wasn't till my 4 year old saw the bloating move I did anther test . And I was 18 weeks pregnant! So please listen to your body and re- test even if its 3 weeks from now :-)  good luck x

Well is it normal to miss your period like my last one was November the 18 and after that i didn't come on no more but now I'm spotting can i be pregnant i haven't took a test or anything yet

Just because one test was negative doesn't mean anything. the over the counter test u have to be at least one month pregnant for it to show up. I missed my period and took two negative tests. two weeks later it still hadn't started and i took 2 more tests that came back positive.

Did u ever take a pregnancy test? I took another test and its negative and I'm spotting too. I don't know if it's my cycle or not. It's light red and some days it's brown and only when I wipe.

It could be you are pregnant but there isn't much of the hormone present in your urine at the time. Try testing again with your first morning urine. If its negative you should probably still go see your Dr if it still doesn't come. It could be a symptom of something else.
