Pregnant?

I am 5 days late on my period. I had some cramping last night now today I noticed light brownish/red spotting, which I think could be implantation bleeding. I ovulated between the 15th - 20th and my period was due on the 25th. I took a test yesterday morning and I got a negative. So I think it was just too early. When should I retest if I'm experiencing implantation right now. I have other symptoms of pregnancy too, like sore breats, very very tired, slight headaches, slight cramping, back ache, etc.... I am really hoping I am pregnant my husband and I have been trying since September

I am very impatient sometimes but going to the doctor gets to be expensive so I will just wait it out a few more days and try again. Good luck to you and your husband too!!!

I ovulate about a week before my period, my cycles are generally every 28 days the other month it came 2 days early but I was stressing out from the Holidays. Other than that my cycles are normal.

I have read alot that it can take up to 6 or 7 weeks for a positive result on a home pregnancy test. My husband and I are going through the same thing, exact same symptoms and everything. If you are not patient enough (like me :) you can get a blood test done, and that can be more accurate sooner. Other than that you might want to wait a few days and test again. Good luck!

I would think your test should be positive if you are already 5 days late unless you ovulated late.  Hope you get a pos. test soon.  Good luck.  And make sure to use your first morning urine to get your highest hcg reading.   Also, are your cycles regular????
