No period after period inducing medicine

My girlfriend and I have engaged in mutual masturbation and oral sex. However, we never had proper insertion sex. On March 17th, there was an incident where some semen dropped near her vagina (mostly above in the pubic hair region), which I wiped off promptly and advised her to wash off the entire area with soap. However, to be on safe side she took an iPill (morning after pill) within 7 hours. She got period like bleeding in the last week of March, which was normal in flow and lasted for approx. 4 days.
After that, we have continued occasional mutual oral sex after that incident. There was no direct contact but bothy of us were without clothes. She complained of mild cramps around the same time in April, usually her signal that her period is about to start, but eventually there was no period. Same time in May (around 25th), she took a period inducing drug for 7 days. It has been 3 days since she took the last pill, but she still hasn't started her period.
She has done 3 HPTs in this last week. All have come out negative. She also does not have any pregnancy symptoms. What is wrong and can she still be pregnant?

In the future, keep in mind that you don't really get a false negative on an HPT. Those things are really pretty reliable, especially the closer you get to the date of the expected period.

Hi!
If your girlfriend was my patient, I would advise her that most likely she hasn't waited long enough for the medication (provera?) to work--it can sometimes take up to two weeks.  Home pregnancy tests are quite reliable and I doubt she is pregnant.  HOWEVER, a blood pregnancy test might put your minds at ease about now, and I would be tempted to do that if my patient had not started a period within another week or so.
Good luck!
