Test results

I am concerned that fraud is being committed in all my radiology reports to conceal damage.
I saw an obvious pattern of concealment going on in the results.

An example is the new findings on my x-rays are being deemed as incidental finding from previous exams..No truth to it.I have an older x-ray radiology report.

I had a full body bone scan done and the results came back as only showing uptake by my tooth area only.I got a copy of the scan and the uptake is on every bone in my body from head to toe and it is very heavy. That is what I would have expect to have seen. All the finding from the x-ray are missing.

I had a thyroid scan done and all the finding again are missing. My thyroid ultra sound shows enlarged glands, nodules and a heavy build up of scar tissue from severe thyroditis that was untreated because of misdiagnosis. Also my anti-typo is over 1500.So the thyroid scan would not be coming back as normal.

The words being used in my reports included, questionable, possible, incidental finding unaltered from previous exams, and in particular no other abnormalities.

I have a MRI done of my head that I am pretty sure is not mine.My name is on it but its unlikely mine.

Once I filed a complaint I was stopped from having any more diagnostic tests at all..The one I need most is an MRI of my spine to see how bad the damage is.

What would you suggest I do as far as getting to the bottom of all this?

I do not have a FP .I became blacklist after filing complaints.

Heterotopic ossification in the cervical spinal does show up on a bone scan. The x-ray show a measurement. Its missing off the bone scan.As well as the other findings.

The  CT of my head went from showing air fluid levels in the left maxillary sinus to being deemed as questionable air fluid levels on the report.
But yet the chart confirmed this  as sinusitis and we saw the film.
The request for the CT of my head was fabricated.Untruthful info was put in the charts about my real condition at the time of the LP.

In some case concealment of damage can be a problem.Especially considering what was being covered up to begin with.

I suggest you sit down with your primary doctor to discuss all the imaging findings in detail--perhaps they can explain what you are seeing and also go over all your concerns.

Sometimes not all findings are mentioned in a report because they are within normal / expected limits.  For example, many areas of uptake on a bone scan are not entirely abnormal given that degenerative changes can exhibit uptake.

I do recommend you consult with your doctor(s) to discuss specifics and clarify your questions.

Best regards
