Delayed puberty/throat surgery! HELP?!?!?!

I am an 18 year old male and will be 19 in 3 months. I have had a high pitched voice since as long as I can remember. It would appear I have hit puberty, body hair has appeared and I have grown incredibly tall. I am 6'5 right now. My question is: Is it possible that I have something close to delayed puberty? Despite the fact that I have normal levels of body hair?

Are testosterone injections safe? What are the side effects?

Can I undergo some type of throat surgery to loosen my vocal cords?

I would recommend making an appointment to see an ENDOCRINOLOGIST. That doctor specifically analyzes questions like you are asking. You really need a physical exam, and some blood work done to determine if any of your concerns are justified. Puberty can be delayed for lots of reasons and some people just have high voices. But, the height issue can be related to parents, or other unusual circumstances, so I strongly recommend you get on the phone monday and make an appointment with an endocrinologist.I hope this helps, respectfully,

Thanks so much. I really appreciate from someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Everyone else has told to just deal with it. I had no idea an endocrinoligist even exsisted.

Thanks Again.
