Since your cancer was on the right side, make sure you mention the bumps to your doctor. He may want to biopsy them. It is absolutely normal for one side to heal slower than the other. Especially the side with the cancer as that side usually has more skin removed, and has had more tension. It sounds as if you are undergoing tissue expansion, and that is another reason why the incision may be slightly red. Have a great day.Respectfully,

Thank you doctor for you information, yes this was very helpful. That explained a lot. Yes, I do have expanders in, I had a double mastectomy. I had dual carsinoma in-situ only in the right breast. I will show the little bumps to my doctor on my next visit, but I now notice that they are drying up. So maybe I was just having an allergic reaction to a sunscreen I had used, due to the fact that I am very sensitive to the sun and I now notice these little red bumps in other places on my body. Boy, this cancer thing sure make you jump every time you notice something new on your body. When does it all end??
Thank you for your help,
