Which will be your recommendations to reconstruct or repair an abdominal wall with diastasis after a  breast reconstruction with Tram flap?(just in the right breast). My doctor's recommendation is to put a net (sorry, i don't know the medical world) to the abdomen in order to make it stronger. Also, is this kind of surgery done by a general surgeon? Thanks for your answer?

I use a material called ALLOMAX. I recommend this material because it is human material without cells in it and your body will tolerate it well. It has fewer infections than the screen or mesh. Usually, the plastic surgeon does the reconstruction.
