pulmonary hypertension

My pulmonologist wants me to start Tracleer for my mild PH.  My pressure goes up to 55 with exercise by echo.  I am worried that my pulmonary pressure may drop too low with treatment.  Can this happen and what would be the symptoms of it?  Do most people tolerate this drug well?  Thanks for the opportunity to post.

I have the same thing I wished my pressure was that low mine is 74. So, I understand how you feel I get so out of breath at times. Did they do a sleep apnea study on you? My C-pap helps alot. Plus being on o2 helps also. I also have hep-c so they are worried about the med's and what it might do to my liver. From what I understand their's alot of good med's out there for PH some high in the money side. But please do what you can and God bless you and keep us informed I would like to see how you are doing.
