i have nose tissue problem doc

i thank you doctor in advance. anyway this is my problem.

i have a curve septum. i got this when a metal thing hits the left side of my nose.
because of this doctor. the tissue inside my nose became unstable (i mean its moves from its original position when ever i blow my nose or i sniff).

when the tissue of my nose moves, i felt that the hole inside my nose became changes. most of the time it blocks the airway. because of this problem im having sinusitis.

now doc, i notice that when ever the tissue of my nose moves it really felt unconfortable that it affects my mind and breathing. because of this my personality became unstable to.

and last doctor, is it possible that muscle that holds the tissue snaps?. because one time im really pissed because i cant breathe, i sniff to hard and not only i feel the tissue move but also i felt something snap, and it became kind of numb.

i hope for your comment about this doctor

What you describe fits with a damaged nasal septum, including feeling tissue move and something snap.  This condition will never go away on its own and will continue to cause problems with breathing and your sinuses, the rest of your life, if it is not surgically corrected.  You should consider having this done as soon as you have health insurance, to cover most of the cost.

last post doc, i often sniff because i felt that both side of my nose is like pulling each other. and also my nose produce a sound when a blow or sniff my nose. its not sound of a sinus but a sound of a tissue or muscle. I also notice doc. that the strength of the pull of each side of the nose is different, depends on the head position. when you sniff while you bow, the pull is much stronger on the left side of the nose. and when i sniff while i raise my head the pull is much stronger on the right side of my nose. if this happen i felt that one of the hole of my nose got shrink. so i usually sniff while my head is steady so that the feeling of "pull" in my nose is even on both holes.

i thank you doctor for having time helping us patient.
