thanks for the comment and advise doctor.
What you describe fits with a damaged nasal septum, including feeling tissue move and something snap. This condition will never go away on its own and will continue to cause problems with breathing and your sinuses, the rest of your life, if it is not surgically corrected. You should consider having this done as soon as you have health insurance, to cover most of the cost.
last post doc, i often sniff because i felt that both side of my nose is like pulling each other. and also my nose produce a sound when a blow or sniff my nose. its not sound of a sinus but a sound of a tissue or muscle. I also notice doc. that the strength of the pull of each side of the nose is different, depends on the head position. when you sniff while you bow, the pull is much stronger on the left side of the nose. and when i sniff while i raise my head the pull is much stronger on the right side of my nose. if this happen i felt that one of the hole of my nose got shrink. so i usually sniff while my head is steady so that the feeling of "pull" in my nose is even on both holes.
i thank you doctor for having time helping us patient.
or doctor, maybe its the tissues muscle of my nose is the problem. when i blow or sniff, i felt somethings moving, when it moves, i felt and it affects my brain and my nose became numb, and also some parts of my body.
the feeling of this muscle tissue move is like its fall below and i felt like my half of my head also falls. its really an uncomfortable feeling doctor.
thanks in advance doctor.
