There are no data to answer this sort of "what if" question. I woul guess less than 1 in 100.
This will be the last answer however. EWH
In order to give closure to this issue, finally I would truly appreciate your response on the following:
In the rare case the massage girl had a rectal STD at the moment of the exposure (i.e. herpes, gonorrhea), what would be the odds for transmission considering a two-minute episode of giving analingus to her? 1 in 10 / 1 in 100 / 1 in 1000??
Thank you so much and kind regards.
If you test, you could test for gonorrhea at this time. As i've already said, you do not need other testing and do not need therapy as the chance that you wer einfected is vanishingly low. EWH
Thank you for your quick reply. I just have a few follow-up questions.
Given that the encounter happened today, when should I test for pharyngeal gonorrhea?
From your comments above, I should not worry for other STD's (like hepatitis B, siphilis, herpes, HPV, etc.), correct? Note: I already had hepatitis A.
Do you recommend any medicine I should take to reduce the chances of any STD?
Again, thank you so much for your advise.
Kind regards.
Welcome to the Forum. I'll be please to comment. There are no studies defining the risk of getting an STD through analingus so we will have to use what we know about cunnilingus to estimate your risk which is close to zero. Cunnilingus is the lowest risk form of oral sex and the risk of oral sex for getting any STD is quite low. Further, it is unlikely that your partner had a rectal STD to start with. All things considered, the risk of this exposure is so low that I would not even seek testing. If you feel you need testing for your own peace of mind, the only thing I would test for is pharyngeal gonorrhea and if you do, I am confident the test will be negative.
I urge you not to worry. As I said, I would not even get tested. EWH
