Really Worried, recieved unprotacted oral sex

Alright, so I am a 19 year old male. I had never had ANY type of sexual intercourse. (it is kind of against my religion to engage in any type before marriage).

I was stupid and I had RECEIVED unprotected oral for 30 seconds. She was white 47 yrs/old
She told me she smoked marijuana and she was lesbian

1. I feel so stupid. I am worried about STDS. I am going to be marrying a virgin so I cannot give her any stds.
This happened 3 weeks ago. about 1 week ago I have had flu like symptoms with stuffy nose (still do). I have notices a small cut right before the head of the penis starts. I think it was cause I was touching it so much. But it is almost gone and have noticed some dryness around the area . Could this possibly be any type of HSV 1/2 virus.

2. My biggest concern right now is HPV, I understand in your posts you have put it is a fact of life, but literally I am not supposed to have it, (religious reasons). I am not getting any clear data on transmission from oral to genital HPV. I understand that Genital to Oral poses a risk but I DID NOT engage in that. IN YOUR respective careers have you ever seen anyone get HPV from oral to genital contact? What are my chances of contracting it statistically?

3. Should I worry about any other STDS etc.

I cant eat sleep drink, I cant get my mind off this. Biggest mistake of my life.

Welcome to the Forum.  It appears from your nine posts in the last few hours that you are feeling quite guilty about this exposure.  You need to deal with your guilt. the chance that you acquire an STD from this exposure is tiny and not something to worry about.  I have reviewed your interactions on the HPV community site and agree with the advice they provided.  The risk of this single exposure is minimal and not something to worry about. This risk is too small to provide accurate statistics on.

In general, oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs.  HIV is not spread by oral sex.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   If you had gotten gonorrhea or NGU you would have most likely developed symptoms of urethritis (penile infection) by now.  Even if your partner had an STD (any STD and it is likely she did not), most exposures do not lead to infection.  In your case, your exposure was brief; I would urge you not to worry. If you must, you could go to your local STD clinic or health care provider to be tested at this time.  The tests will be negative and in my opinion, you do not need testing at all.

I hope this helps. EWH

This is getting silly. There will be no further answers until you have test results to discuss.

I suspect your flu-like illness was coincidental and perhaps heightened by your anxiety.

I will not comment on your anxiety-driven "what if" questions other than to repeat that we do not recommend HSV blood tests in your situation as the information is often misleading and not helpful.  EWH

Also,

I plan to get a STD screening tomorrow. Lets say HSV 1 is positive, I cant really remember me having a breakout in the mouth. IF it does come back positive would it mean genitals or is it still too early for antibodies to form in the blood in 3 weeks.? I am soo confused

Thank you,

Just one more question.

I had flu like symptoms for the past week and a half which seems to be wearing off. My question is about the small lesion that developed right before the head of the penis started. It happened about 5 days ago and is now completely gone with some dryness around the area. Could this be possibly HSV 1/2. BTW I have had no pain or discomfort in the genital area.
