Confused on symptoms

back and september or early november I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with my ex. she had told me that she cut herself shaving and found two lesions on/ around her vagina. she had a swab and blood test done and came back negative for herpes plus she had an std battery done as well all negative. Not sure on time frame. couple a weeks go by and i get a red dot on my penis so I schedj an appointment with my derm. Get to him and dot is gone but I have lesions on my bottom lips which I had previoulsuy squeezed out of ingorance. that led me to an upper respetory infection and ear infection with about a 104 fever and about nine sores on my liups/face. derm said yes it was cold sores. concerned i get a battery of all stds and come back negative ( blood ) for everything including herpes 1 and 2. however my gp does a culture which tests positive for HSV-1 on my mouth. The reason I'm here is that about a week ago I mastrabated for a good hour or so with a towel and right when i was done i had a harsh rash on the right side of my penis head and on the skin that connects it to the shaft. the rash lingers for a few days then my penis from the area of where my forskin covers some of the head to the shaft turns a pinkish red all the way around. pretty soon that turns into dry crusty skin that kind of sluffs itself off. during this time I go on a hike wearing tight thermal pants and my water heater goes out. next day i wake up and find some irritated areas on my inner thighs. I have it checkd out just in case and was told folliculitus. get alabax scrip and it clears up in a few days. however, the right side of my penis head is still irritated with a splotchy rash i would say is prob no more than a centemeter long. it looks different from how it first started out but is in the area that i rubbed real bad. it has been about a week and a half since the mastrabation session. some back pain and urine issues. Herpes or just a result of my mastrabation session?

Squeezing your lip would not spread an inital HSV infection.

HSV-1 is just about never transmitted from genital locations to a partner's  mouth.

Healing time varies from person to person.  The most important issue is whether or not the area is improving.  If it is, I would just let the healing take its course. If there is no improvement at 3-4 days, it mihgt be best to have a health care provider take a look.  EWH

Thanks for your quick response Doc. Is it possible that becuause i squeezed my lip lesion that it caused to spread around my mouth, and was my primary outbreak so bad because i was sick? What are the chances of contracting HSV-1 genital to oral. Finally what is an acceptible time frame for a complete healing down below? And what can i put on it. the fungal cream seems to be doing little.

There is little in the description of your rashes which suggest herpes and there is an excellent alternative explanation.  There are few parts of your body that you could rub repeatedly for an hour that would not lead to irritation and the subsequent healing process that you describe.  There is a concern the with such irritation that you could develop a secondary skin infection but for this to happen.  I would not worry.  EWH
