Herpes OB 7 weeks post exposure?

I had a unprotected sexual encounter with a woman whose STD status was unknown to me 7 weeks ago. I initially thought i was getting the intial signs/symptoms (sore lower back, a tiny bit of difficulty when urinating (once), what i thought to be enlarged and slightly painful lymph nodes, itching under the testicles towards the anus) These lasted several weeks but their was never anything on my penis or the region around it, and i never had any of the tingling or itching in or around my genitals. I checked my penis regulary for anything out of the ordinary and nothing ever poped up. I was tested 10 days post exposure and while it cleared my mind of some STDs it didnt do anything for my concern about herpes. After several doctors visits, and two dermatologists, visits they all seemed to agree that symptoms were caused by stress, anxiety and depression because of the lack of forms of symptoms on my genitals. So i figured i was ok since 4 doctors all said the same thing.
However,  yesterday after receiving oral sex from a woman and masturbating twice the following morning i noticed that I have a little red dot that is slighty raised half way up the left side of my penis shaft. The dot does not appear to have anything in it and it is not uncomfortable at all. I also have what looks to be a few tiny scabs on the other side of my penis which are painless as well.

My questions are as follows

1) did my body somehow fight of the virus without it ever becoming visible during the initial OB

2) How could a recurrent OB be worst than the first?

3) Does it sound like herpes at all or just some irritation or some other skin condition?

I am worried because when i was checked out my lack of symptoms on my penis was a major determining factor in their diagnosis.

thank you in advance

People are highly resistant to transferring their HSV infections from one part of the body to another. Don't worry about it.

UPDATE-- The red dot came to a head and I popped it. Since then the swelling went down and all that is left is a red mark. but that is going away too. I also had a herpselect ELIAS test done a little over 7 weeks post exposure and i was negative for type 2 but not type 1. Could i have spread it to my gentials?

The additional symptoms do not change my opinion or advice.  They sound like additional manifestations of anxiety, definitely to not suggest herpes.  You have not described a single symptom that would lead me to suspect herpes.

I won't have any further comments.  Best wishes.

Are you continuing to take your meds as prescribed?

First, I agree 100% with the doctors who diagnosed stress as the cause of your symptoms.  That's exactly what they sound like.  No STD causes the sort of sympptoms you describe.

Second, a "little red dot" is not a symptom of any STD.  I cannot guess the cause, but it certainly does not suggest herpes or any other STD.  Show it to a health care provider if you rmain concerned.

The direct answers to your questions are:  1) No, that is not likely.  2, 3) Herpes does not cause the things you describe.

The additional symptoms you describe in your follow-up comment are not caused by any STD.  Sounds like anxiety, just like the rest of your symtpoms after the first exposure.

Follow up with your health care provider if you remain concerned.  Best wishes--  HHH, MD

I would also like to add that after the initial exposure i had a some pain in my lower abdomen that felt a little pressure and it was painful at times in my stomach, not my penis, when i would completely expell all of my urine. it lasted for a couple weeks.

Ohya I have also been on several medications to calm anxiety such as lorazepam, respideral, and lunesta.
