Still you have no STD symptoms. See a provider. I can't help further.
Also, the dry skin is on the tip of my penis. There are bumps or lesions and no pain when I urinate. I have had no discharge of any sort. Can this be herpes or any other std?
Hey, doc. I developed a rash in my groin area this past week. It doesn't itch and it looked red and patchy and then it was all red. I put Antifungal cream and Ammens powder and the rash dried up and started to flake. It is on both sides of the groin and has stayed in that region, no movement onto the scrotum or penis. Just wondering what it could be?
Probably normal hair follicles or sebaceous glands. Sounds like you are examining yourself too closely. Definitely not an STD. See a health care provider if you remain concerned.
I was just wondering I have these white bumps on penis but they are only noticeable when I pull the skin of my penis tight. Some of them of pubic hair growing from them and I do shave. What could these bumps be?
I don't know what you have, but certainly no STD. First, the sex was protected, both vaginally and orally, so you really could not have caught anything. Second, the timing is wrong: STD symptoms cannot start within 1 day; 2-3 days is the minimum for some STDs, 7-10 days for others. Third, no STD causes tingling without discharge or dull pain in the testicles; those symptoms sound mostly like anxiety that is magnifying normal body sensations. Finally, if the penile "bumps" look like veins, almost certainly that's what they are. No STD causes such a thing.
If your symptoms persist, or of course if you develop real STD symptoms (pus or mucus dripping from your penis, blisters or sores ot the penis -- or if you remain concerned for any reason -- see a health care provider. Your local health department STD clinic would be a good source for expert, confidential care. Whatever else you do, stop examining your penis and stop searching for answers on line. In the meantime, I really see no significant health problem here.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
