Help me with Std testing

I had protected sex with a CSW in thailand on 21st feb 2014. I did fingering inside her vagina without any protection.
After 10-12 days i had itchiness in and around the penis, and burning sensation during urinating. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for 3 days and couple of the meds for the symptoms. the area around the penis is generally moist. I tested negative for chlamydia and syphilis.. The urine routine and microscopic examination reports are also normal. The kidney and abdomen ultrasound reports are normal. Uroflometry is normal. Now sometimes my testacles have mild pain and the other symptoms still persist. What else STD shall i get tested for, and what are the names of the tests. Is it necessary that there is a white/yellowish/greenish discharge from penis when one has gonorhhea. I do not have any discharge of that sort.
Apart from any STD , are these symptoms related to any other disease. ?

This sort of discomfort is not typical of an STI.  You need to look for other causes.  EWH

Well all my symptoms have subsided. The only thing which is bothering me is that my testicles pain a lot especially when i sit. What do u think could be the cause especially when ultrasound and uroflometry tests have been normal.

There are many tests for gonorrhea.  There are many tests with many names.  I doubt that you need testing but if you wish to test, simply going to a health care provider and stating you would like to be tested for gonorrhea hould be sufficient.  EWH

Welcome to the Forum.  Your note is a bit hard to follow.  As I understand it, you had condom protected genital sex and used your finger to masturbate a Thai CSW on 21 February.  As long as the condom was worn throughout sex and did not break, these activities are safe sex and do not put you at risk for STI of any sort.   With the onset of burning on urination itching in your pubic area, you went to a doctor who performed tests that were negative (you mention a chlamydia test, are you sure you were not also tested for gonorrhea- usually the two tests are done at the same time) and then were treated with some sort of antibiotic for three days.   That the tests you have si far have been negative does not surprise me- I see no reason to worry about an STI.

My sense is that there is not an STI present and if you had asked me if you needed testing, I would have told you that I doubt that you need any testing at all as a result of the exposure that you describe.  Itching is more often a sign of anxiety than the result of an STD. The same is true for intermittent aching of the testicles.

At this time, my advice is to not worry further about STIs and to do your best to move forward.  I see no need for further STI testing and no need for further medication.  If the symptoms are troubling you or progressing and are not just anxiety, I suggest you check with your doctor for other, non-STI causes of your symptoms.  I doubt however that you will find a disease that is causing the symptoms.

I hope that these comments are helpful to you. EWH
