Thank you so much on first two.
Most of the time no burn on urination...sometimes slight towards the end...does that suggest anything further? I am 60 years young.
The answer to your first two questions is the same. With no cuts, scrapes or lesions present there is to appreciable risk of either hand or breast to genital transmission of an STD. I have never seen such a case, nor have I ever heard of one.
As for question three, there are several possible causes on intermittent burning or discomfort in the penile shaft. My sense is that this discomfort is not present during urination but at other times. None of these are STDs and prostatitis is among the possibilities. The diagnosis of prostatitis typically involves both urine testing for signs of inflammation and a rectal examination of the prostate to determine that it is the prostate gland that is inflamed.
I hope these answers are helpful to you. If you are experiencing the intermittent discomfort you mention, my suggestion would be to discuss it with a physician. EWH
