STD?

10/23/13-I received a massage and a hand job. I was naked lying on back and stomach. She used a lot of coconut oil for the hand job. As I ejaculated, she continued the hand job for a few seconds while rubbing in the ejaculate. Once done, I wiped off and I went home & took a shower 45 minutes later.

Later that day, I felt like a lower back soreness, and I started having irritation in my genitals.

10/24/13. Back soreness stopped but my butt was sore. I was thinking the different soreness was prompted from lying on her massage table getting the hand job which made me thrust several times. I was still having genital irritation too.

11/1/13. Went to the doctor. He didn’t see any problem but suggest I use some jock itch cream. I also gave blood for a Herpes test. Will get back results 11/6 at latest.

10/23/13 – Today(13 days): My symptoms have been consistent:
1. Very mild genital irritation usually when I’m awake and walking. It seems like when boxers rub against areas, it prompts an itch.
2. While I’m sleep, there’s usually no symptoms but sometime can feel irritation in the tip of my urethra
3. Very seldom feel warmth around anus (Once or twice).
4. Seldom mild sting at urethra’s tip (Once or twice a day).
5. Seldom mild sharp shooting pain in urethra (Once or twice a day).
6. The tip of my urethra doesn’t feel normal. (It’s like I can feel it but it doesn’t hurt)
7. Seldom mild itch around genitals, inner thigh and very seldom around anus. The itch is so mild that it last for a second and I usually don’t have to scratch it for it to stop.
8. My skin is normal.
9. No pain when I urinate, no discharge, no swelling, no redness or pain with urination

I started taking jock itch cream on 11/1/13 but there’s been no change in symptoms.

Do you have any idea what’s going on with me?
Do you have any suggestions or what else to test for?
Is it an allergic reaction? Pls Help.

I think you need to just give yourself time for the stinging to improve.

I see no reason from what you say to worry about sex with your wife.  EWH

Thanks.

Lastly, are there any kinds of medications or anything that can be taken regarding this seldom sting in my urethra or are there any test a doctor can perform?

No, what you describe does not sound like a HSV recurrence either.  If there were HSV involved, I would anticipate lesions being present.  EWH

Do you think this experience could have triggered herpes that could have been in me dormant for years? Do these seem like symptoms of herpes that may have been dormant and now active?

Welcome to our Forum.  I am having difficulty coming up with a good STI-related explanation for your difficulties.  There are no STIs which would cause symptoms within a day or so of exposure making STIs an unlikely cause of the back pain or genital irritation that you noted.  On occasion however masseuses will add irritants to some of the lotions which they use in the course of providing their services.  These irritants are added as stimulants and are for some persons but they can also cause local irritation.  I wonder if this might have been the cause of the irritation you mention, at least at first.  The problem with such events as you are experiencing however is that once they begin they cause us to focus on the area and, in doing so, lead to a tendency to notice local sensations that occur all the time but go unnoticed because we are not focused on them.

The fact that your doctor did not see an abnormality and that the sensations sounds as though they are intermittent suggest that his is a local irritation of some sort which is may be getting better. If this is the case, or even if they are not getting worse, my advice would be to give this some more time to resolve.  EWH
