Massage incident

Hello Doctor - Thanks for taking my question. I am a 32 year old male and visited a massuese yesterday. During the course of the massage, I had 3 hand jobs within 20 minutes and it involved some body kissing and *** licking and sucking from my side. There was no *** milk or any other discharge from the ***. There was no lip-lip kissing or vaginal / analtouch during the whole time. After the ejaculation, she cleaned me up with tissue paper - slightly warm.

Today, I have the feeling the urinate pretty frequently as well as there is a slight burning sensation and some pain in the penis when I urinate ( I do not know if this is pain or some nerve pull in the penis due to multiple ejaculations). I have ejaculated multiple times within 30 minutes like this many times before.

I have the following questions:

1. Did I put myself at risk for any STD exposure - HIV, Gonnorhaea, chlyamydia or anything else in the list?
2. Do my symptoms suggest anything?
3. Should I get tested for anything?
4. Lastly, this may be a stupid question and I am paranoidal as well. Can she intentionally spread any disease through a contaminated tissue paper? This question is driving me nuts. Is this medically possible?. Please clarify.
5. Can I pick up somethiing from the towels I was lying on?

Thanks for your time.

Welcome to the Forum.  This was a no risk event.  Receipt of masturbation and kissing a partner's breast does not put you at risk for STDs.  Similarly STDs are not passed by inanimate objects like toilet paper.  Thus, to answer your specific questions:

1.  No, no risk at all
2.  Your symptoms do not suggest anything other than perhaps local strain.  Alternatively, sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, raises concerns, persons can be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.  I suspect the discomfort will improve with time.
3.  No, no need for testing.
4.  This is a bit paranoid and certainly would be bad for her business, wouldn’t it.  STDs are not spread on inanimate objects like toilet paper.
5.  No, you would not get STs this way either.

I hope you find my comments helpful.  Take care.  EWH

Thanks sir for the quick response. They are very helpful. Last couple of questions:

1. She cleaned her hands on a towel after the hand job. I am not sure how many times she has used the same towel before ( after a hand job on some one else). Am I at risk because of this?

2. Leave STD's. Can I get any other infection that causes the symptoms mentioned above? Can this be UTI?

3. For tissue related question, I understand she would not do it as it bad for her business. But is it medically possible to intentionally spread anything using contaminated tissue paper?

Please consider worst case scenario for answering. Thanks for your time as always and happy memorial day

1.  Still no risk. STDs are not spread by inanimate objects (like towels).

2.  UTIs are not a consequence of masturbation either.

3.  As I said above (twice), NO, it is not possible.

You need to move on from this. You are not at risk.  Really.  EWH
