Anxiety or std don t know!!

Hi doctor.. last september 2012 i had sex with a csw with condom.. she sat on top of me while having sex and after that day i had inches in my groin area for weeks got scared it was herpes.. the area was itching continuously so went saw a doctor who said it is some kind of fungal infecton.. developed small skin tag in that area and some small ones next to it (very tiny ones only visible with torch) .. it was in my inner thigh groin area were it was itching.. showed it to the doctor again who told its a skin tag and not an hpv wart or herpes.. later this year in may i got it removed (freezing) and i saw i deveoped one more on the other thigh which i pulled it out myself .. i also went to massage parlor this year and no sex.. its a good place and we first take shower and then massage but while the lady doing body slide on top of me my penis touched her outer vagina couple to times.. while she was going up and down after that incident i am scared i have contracted herpes or hpv or even hiv i am really scared about these exposures.. can herpes just cause itching and skin tag like growth or was it an hpv wart.. its been more than 1 year no herpes like sores or blisters so far.. can that itching a year back was related to herpes.. can herpes just cause itching and no sores or blisters.. or am i asymptomatic.. and deep inside me i m still scared and worried whether i got an std.. please tell me whether i might have caught something or no..

Welcome to our Forum.  Your question is a bit difficult to follow.   It appears that you are quite worried about STIs from the exposure that you describe.  there is no reason for concern however.  Your sex a year ago was condom protected and therefore did not place you at risk.  Your more recent contact similarly did not put you at meaningful risk for any STI either.   You have been examined by health care providers who saw no indication of any STI and should believe there assessment.  Neither herpes nor other STIs cause skin tags or localized itching of the skin.  EWH
