Is this an STD or am I just plain unhealthy?

I'm stressing abut the possibility of me having an STD and I'm hoping you can provide some peace of mind. I'm a 24 year old male.

I had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute proceeded by protected vaginal sex last weekend. On Wednesday I noticed an unsettling tingling in the tip of my penis as well as the feeling that fluid was trapped in my urethra. I was able to milk the fluid out. It was a very small amount of white fluid. The tingling persisted on and off. It seems to be worse when I'm laying down. The next day I noticed that when I defecated another trace amount of liquid leaked out of my penis around the same time the bowel movement passed. After I left the bathroom I had a bloated pressure in my lower left abdomen that comes and goes. Thursday night before bed I noticed a rash on the left side of my genitals in the crease where the groin meets the thigh. Its extends from the top of the crease to the bottom of my testicles. The rash doesn't appear on the testicles themselves. The rash is a little moist and has what appear to be roughly 4 small skin tags in it. There is a small non-moist rash on the upper right side of the crease in my groin as well. I've also had some flu like systems. My testicles sometimes feel like some is gently squeezing them. This also only seems to happen when I'm laying down. My penis and testicles were bright red but after I stopped any masturbation they appear to be returning to their normal color.

Right now I have a general discomfort in my prostate area but no pain in my testicles or from the rash.
I have a career and passion which makes it easy for me to go a few days without much physical activity or standing. My diet is terrible but I'm in the process of building healthy habits.

Welcome to our Forum. the fact that your vaginal sex was condom protected and that your only unprotected sex was receipt of oral sex narrows down the possible STDs.  Condom protected sex is safe sex.  Oral sex is an inefficient way to transmit STDs but there is transmission of STDs which occur regularly through this route.  Of the bacterial STDs only gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are transmitted through oral sex; chlamydia is not and without an obvious sore or lesion on your partner’s mouth, the chances of syphilis and herpes is likewise tiny.   With gonorrhea or NGU you would be expected to develop symptoms of urethritis (penile infection) such as the discharge and occasional discharge you describe.  While you cannot be sure without testing, the discharge you describe sounds more like NGU than gonorrhea.  In your case, I would go to your local STD clinic or health care provider to be tested at this time.  IN addition to tests on urine or a penile swab taken for gonorrhea, please be sure that the tests are performed to look for white blood cells indicative of NGU (this is different than a chlamydia test).  Nearly all NGU following oral sex is not due to chlamydia).  The good news is that if this is NGU or gonorrhea, it is easily treated

Hope this helps.  EWH

No, there is no substantial risk from waiting until Monay for evaluation. EWH

Thank you. I feel much better about it.

I scheduled an appointment to get tested at Planned Parenthood but the soonest they could get me in is the 20th. I kept the appointment but I plan to get in to see my regular physician on Monday.

Is waiting until Monday safe or is there a possibility of long term side effects?
