Lap dance risk

A day ago i went to strip club . I got two lap dances from the stripper.She placed her breasts on my face. I never kissed her nipples because they were not exposed but her breasts did rub on face . I'm not sure if they directly contacted my eyes or nose. I pressed the stripper's breasts. never touched her nipples or genitals. she jus gave lap dance thats it. My genitals were never exposed. I was wearing jeans and underpant within and nver opened. I had mentioned this in the public forum and they replied back saying that there is no absolute risk. In addition to that i forgot to mention that when she was grinding by sitting on my abdomen my t-shirt came up and here butt cheeks were rubbing against my stomach around belly button for sometime. After the dance was over when i enquired the dancer that everything was safe and no risk she confirmed that there was no problem. her butt accidentally touching the customer's stomach was quite normal during dance but i'm very concerned. I'm seeking an expert opnion as the whole night i wasnt able to sleep and became anxious. this has led to stomach burning which i think is due to anxiety.
Can you please clarify if there is a risk (HIV/STD) invloved when
1) the stripper's breasts came in direct contact with eyes or nose.Can breast skin contact with face/eyes/nose cause any std's transmission.
2) When her butt cheeks rubbed against my stomach. she was wearing a g-string/thongs while doing the grinding.
