Welcome to our Forum. This was a no risk exposure. In all probability this dancer did not have and STI, or HIV- most exotic dancers and commercial sex workers do not. Further, I can assure you that there are no STIs, including HIV which are transmitted by touching or rubbing of the sort you describe. There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing. In over 30 years of practice focused on STIs, I have never seen or heard of an STI transmitted in this way. Please do not worry.
In answer to your specific questions:
1) the stripper's breasts came in direct contact with eyes or nose. Can breast skin contact with face/eyes/nose cause any std's transmission.
No, there are no STIs, including HIV that are transmitted by this sort of contact.
2) When her butt cheeks rubbed against my stomach. she was wearing a g-string/thongs while doing the grinding.
Still no risk.
There is no reason for concern, no reason for testing, and no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your regular partner. EWH
