Tell Me if this could happen

About 8 months ago I had unprotected sex for about 2 min. with a unknown girl. About 3 months later I was constitaly checking self for lesions. I noticed this small raised bumps. Not ruff to the touch or hurt nor itched. So I have  few questions.....

1. Is it possible that I didnt have HPV but if i constitally checked them with my hands that I could of gave my self wart because I have small skin tag/warts on my right arm? by touching that and then touching myself?

2.If I got a Hpv skin test by a doctor how reliable is that?

3.If these are warts then how can I get ride of them without being burned off?

4.By puting antibioitic on the bumps spread warts?

5.Do the surface of warts crack or are they usally smooth?

6.If these are wart how long do they usally stay around?

Thanks...

I'm sorry doctor I never been put in a situation like this so I became vert panicy and scared. I felt almost like showing my penis to close friends and family to see if they noticed anything abnormal things lol........ I seen two doctors. And kept coming back to another and he's looked at my penis about 3 times and said nothing was wrong....but why do I feel like he's missing something. In your professanil opionion. would a doctor know if it were an std right away? or at least test for somthing if he thought something was wrong? Sometimes it just seems like they want you to get in and out right away........the last time I seen the doctor he said this are you a sexual active. and I said yes and he said look if your having sex wear a condom and he said if you want to have up protected sex then wait for your wife...... I'm sorry again doctor Ive been worring about this for about close to 10 months....I feel like I can't even get close to a girl or anything if fear of I will give her something If you have any advice or info. please do tell I feel like I can't ease my mind ever again.
thanks again sir.

Presumably you are the original questioner (different username).  Now that you have seen a provider, that is the person for all other questions about his or her diagnosis.  A distant online expert is never a match for personal evaluation.

Pearly penile papules are normal.

Well I went to the doctors and he told me that they are just skin folds. He also said it could be pealy penile papules. He said I was looking to hard trying to find something he said that A wart is stationany and if you pull the skin that the wart would be poping out more then the skin fold are. when I strech the skin the pretty much disapire. Should I get fearther testing done or do most doctors spot the problem right alway if it were a wart? and are Pealy penile papules an problem? Thanks doc.

Sorry, I cannot help.  You need to see a health care provider to learn whether the penile bump is a wart, some other skin problem, or just a normal variation in your skin.

1) People with genital or hand warts generally do not self-infect themselves in other parts of the body.

2) There is no such test.

2,3) Get a proper diagnosis then follow the provider's advice about treatment.

4) Antibiotic ointments will neither hurt nor help, no matter what the cause of the bump.

5) Both those possibilities exist.

6) Warts usually clear up on their own, anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of years.

See a health care provider.  Your local health department STD clinic would be a good place, or just visit your primary provider.
