PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Last night around 9:30pm less than 24 hours ago I visited a strip club to watch a baseball game. I was approached by two women during the night. One women slightly grinded on me for a minute or so, and another woman sat on my lap briefly and danced for a few minutes. I am worried about std's i have anxious thoughts as if something may have happened. Like what if my zipper was open when they were on me, or did i touch there bodies then touch myself while going to the bathroom after and pass anything to myself. I have been really anxious all day im sick to my stomach. There was no sexual intercourse at all and i dont know if there privates were exposed at all I can't remember anything. Should i be worried about contracting any STD's? I saw 2 whitehead-pimple looking lesions in the pubic region this morning while going to the bathroom. Im having bad hallucinations like i did something and cant remember. Should I have any concerns or is this just anxiety taking it toll?HELP MEEE PLEASE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

"I feel like my anxiety is making have these what if thoughts."  That is exactly correct.  You may not keep coming back for additional reassurance every time you feel anxious.  This is not a psychology support forum.

I said above "That will be all for this thread.  There is nothing you can add that could possibly change my opinion or advice, so I won't have any further comments."  That remains true.  Just drop it.  If you keep posting such nonsense, I will delete the entire thread.

p.s i made the zipper comment in-case she may have been exposed a slightly rubbed against me but i know that sounds ridiculous. Im really worried about viral STD's including AIDS and Herpes.

This is my last comment doc. Just hear me out please. I understand and appreciate your response. I had one and only one beer for sure. I have also noticed a slight red spot on the left testicle this morning. I feel like my anxiety is making have these what if thoughts. Is it posible to have caught something and not know it can you get symptoms so small or a lack of symptoms and still contracted something. How long after am I in the clear and should stop worrying. THIS IS THE LAST RESPONSE IM AM GETTING OFF THE COMPUTER AFTER THIS.

I saw this comment before I replied above.  There is no way you "did something else" that you have forgotten.  There is no need for testing and no need to see a doctor.  But if you truly believe you might have had more sexual contact than you describe here (e.g., if you were extremely drunk or badly strung out on other chemicals), then visit a clinic or doctor for reassurance.

That will be all for this thread.  There is nothing you can add that could possibly change my opinion or advice, so I won't have any further comments.

Welcome to the STD forum.

Where did you get the idea that you could catch an STD through clothing?  Impossible -- no chance, no way, no risk, nada, zilch.  "What if my zipper was open?"  Well, was it?  You're the only one who can know -- but it doesn't matter.  If your penis did not go into a partner's vagina, rectum, or mouth, there was no STD risk.  As for your "whitehead lesions", you obviously have a couple of pimples that have nothing to do with this event.  (Also, no STD or any other infection can start to cause symptoms less than 2-3 days after you catch it.)

All is well.  Move on.
