cunnilingus - analingus - confused

Hello Docs, sorry to write again for other "silly" questions.
Probably I've just got my answers so I hope I would not bother you so much.

A week ago I visited a strip club.
I spent 15 minutes with a girl in the private area where we stayed alone.
She got naked and I touched, kissed and licked her whole body.
While I was doing that I kissed and licked for some moments (not more than 5-10 seconds) her external vagina.
Basically I kissed and licked just for some moments her clit and external vagina lips.
I don't think I came in contact with any vaginal secretion but I can't be sure.
I breifly kissed and licked her butt near anus too, but I don't think I came in contact with it.
I don't know if my encounter can be defined cunnilingus and analingus indeed.
The next day (to tell the truth less than 24 hours later) I started with a sore throat that is going on for a week.
I have some muscular pain in my shoulders too. No fever.
Yesterday I went to my Doctor for the sore throat and, after visiting me, he stated there's nothing to worry about
(seems to be a common viral sore throat) but I didn't mentioned my encounter because I was embarassed of it.
I have read many of similar question on this forum knowing I shouldn't worry about anything (the encounter should be risk free specially for HIV).
However I'm still worried for my sore throat.
Could it be related to my encounter?
I mean, could it be related to any STD?
(I wondered about oral gonorrhea but you stated it's rare from cunnilingus or analinguns trasmission and usually is asymptomatic. Assuming my enconter was at risk and likely it isn't)
Should I get tested for some STD (HIV included) or shall I forget the whole episode?

Regards

PS Am I wrong or my only theoretical risk is for Herpes, HPV and Syphillis (this last one quite rare)?

Welcome back to the forum.

Based on this question and your other one on this forum last September, it seems you have mistaken ideas about STD risks.  The STDs are difficult to transmit -- in fact, that's why they are STDs in the first place, i.e. without true sex (unprotected intercourse) there is little or no risk.  Oral sex is low risk even without condoms (and zero risk for some STDs), and is certainly no significant risk given the very brief, fleeting exposures of the sort you describe here.  Analingus carries little known STD risk, but is high risk for gastrointestinal infections.  You are not at risk for any STD, including herpes, HIV, HPV, etc.

And as your doctor said, your sore throat is nothing to worry about.  STDs rarely cause sore throat anyway; for example, most oral gonorrhea and all oral chlamydis are entirely without symptoms.  I'm sure you have a minor cold, allergy, or any of the other common causes of sore throat; your symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with the no-risk sexual encounters described above.

Please spend some time studying real STD risks.  The bottom line is that if you don't have unprotected vaginal or anal sex, you are at very low risk for any STD.  You don't need testing, and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue your normal sexual practices without putting that person at risk.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD

Thanks Doc.

You've been clear as usual.

As I supposed I wasn't at risk.
I have just worried a bit due to the coincidece between my encounter and my sore throat (despite I repeated myself it started too early after the encounter).
