Welcome to the Forum. I have read your concerns and have a few comments to this rather complex series of events. To get right to the bottom line there is little reason to worry that this is an STD or any sort, particularly herpes. Your symptoms appear to have begun about a day and one-half following your expsoure which really is too soon to be an STD but is the right time for some other sort of local inflammatory process such as an allergy. IN addition to the timing being in no way suggestive of an STD, your expsoure of highest risk, the vaginal sex was condom protected making STD still less likely. Finally you have had negative tests.
It occurs to me that there may be two problems going on which are somewhat coincidental in their timing. The first has to do withthe irritation of your penis. It sounds as though it could well be a fungal infection or an allergic dermatitis of some sort. My advice would be tto stop all treatment and go see a dermatologist. As for your anus, your symptoms are totally consistent with the gastroenterologist's diagnosis of hemmorrhoids. I would continue management for them as well.
Once again however, as far as STDs are concerned, I really hear of no reason for concern and think the onset of these problems may be coincidental with your exposure rather than due to it. As for the possibility of herpes, I hear of nothing to support it and would suggest you stop the valacyclovir.
Hope this helps. EWH
Well what I am really worried about is that the burning itching pain I had in April was herpes and not hemorrhoid problem or a fungus problem. I am worried that now I am having another outbreak.
