STD or HIV from Saliva to Penis, Fingering and Fingering to Penis Contact?

Hello,

In need of whether or not my worry is justified.

A stripper, during a private dance unbuttoned my pants, licked her hand twice and starting rubbing my penis (handjob). Additionally, I also fingered her, and after fingering her, I masturbated my penis. Am I at risk for ANY STDs or HIV for the following? Worried sick...

1) Woman giving me a handjob after licking her hand for lubricant and rubbing my penis (handjob)
2) Me sticking my fingers in her vagina (specifically HIV - no cuts present)?
3) The most worry-some...me fingering her vagina then masturbating my own penis since I had her vaginal fluid on my hand at the time. Worried about HIV, herpes and any other STDs. I'm pretty sure I only touched the shaft of my penis, and not my actual penis head. Or, does it even make a difference?

Also - do her vaginal fluids need to touch the tip of my penis opening (urethra) to transmit a disease? Or, can an STD / HIV be transmitted by just touching the shaft of my penis? That was the extent of the encounter.

Please advise.

Welcome to the forum.

Hand-genital contact and fingering rarely if ever transmit any STDs, even with direct contact -- e.g. if she had masturbated you using her vaginal fluids as lubricant.  Saliva rarely carries STDs, which is why kissing is risk free and oral sex low risk.  Finally, any STD bacteria or viruses in her saliva or on your fingers would be diluted too much to allow transmission by then touching your own genital area.

I think those comments answer all three of your questions.  This was a no-risk event in regard to STDs.  You don't need testing, and if you have anohter partner you are concerned about, you can safely continue your usual sexual practices without putting that person at risk.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
