Thanks again! For your response so i have a better chance to get hit by car then to get hsv by frontage!!!! Correct?
Than you very much for your insight i feel way better and i will move on and forget about it. You are a great doctor!!!!
Brief answers to your follow-up questions:
1) Why frontage is a low risk for herpes? If it only takes "skin to skin: contact. Would be frontage the best way to transmit I?
No, the skin surfaces and nature of frottage are different. Thus the observation that while frottage can theoretically lead to HSV transmission, it rarely does so.
2) Does having hsv 1 gives you proctecionl against hsv 2 or is more likely not to have a primary outbreak because is almost the same type of virus?
Pre-exisiting HSV-1 appears to reduce the risk for future HSV-2 acquistion. There are no data to suggest that the intial manifestations of disease differ.
3) In your 30 years in the STD business have you ever seen someone to get herpes, siphilis or hpv by rubbing each other genital?
NO for syphilis. Possibly with HSV. Everyone already has HPV, this is not something you should waste your time worrying about. EWH

Thanks for your response doctor that calms me down a lot. But just 3 more question

I already set up an appointment with my dermatologist. Now with your response early today make me feel way better. thank u so much
Welcome to our Forum. As you have already heard from the STD Prevention community, the exposure you describe does not raise any concerns about any STD, including herpes. Furthermore, you have been examined by a professional who did not feel that this was an STD and there is nothing you describe that sounds in any way like an STD. This may be a fungal infection or some other dermatological condition but for you to worry that it could be an STD is a waste of time. Similarly, there is no need for testing of any sort. If the continuing recurrences are troublesome to you, I suggest you return to your dermatologist – sometimes it takes more than one trial to determine what is going on with some dermatological conditions.
I hope this comment is helpful. It is time for you to stop worrying about this and move forward without concern. EWH
Sorry i meant to say sexual worker.
