Very tiny skin growth in pubic/testicle region

Recently after shaving my pubic region, I noticed what appeared to be an extremely thin, very tiny skin growth. It grew out of my pubic region. It was painless, and straight and less than an eighth of an inch long. I thought nothing of it but examined myself very carefully to see if there were others. I found 2 more in totally random locations. One was on the lower end of my testicles, the other was in the middle of my testicles. They looked very similar. Though they are almost to small to have color, they appear whitish but I stress they are extremely tiny and need to be seen in the right angle to be noticed. If I wasn't so paranoid in general, I would never have noticed them. I am curious if this is something to be worried about? Should I go to a doctor? I have had STD tests/inspections in the past - all negative - but honestly, these are so small, they could have easily been missed - If they were even there. Could this be HPV? It reminded me of skin tags, but I have never had a skin tag anywhere else on my body. Thanks for your time, it's extremely appreciated.

Thanks Dr. Hook. I do understand it's tough to tell from the description. The closest thing I could compare the way they look to would be those tiny skin growths some people get under or around their eye or armpit from time to time. That being said, these appeared to be even smaller than that. But they did grow out vertically a bit from the skin. The area of skin they have been found in hasn't changed in color at all. I just found it odd since I never had a skin tag of any sort, but I have read they can develop in skin folds, which would make sense in this case. I was mainly concerned they could be small HPV warts but it doesn't sound like that is the case.

Without examining you it is very difficult to be sure what you are describing.  I can assure you however that what you are describing is unlikely to be an STD of any sort and these sound nothing at all like warts/HPV.  From time to time many people develop faintly visible areas of light skin which are called "stria" - I do not know if this is what you are describing or not but if it is, these are normal., benign findings.  I am confident that what you are describing is not an STD.  What it might be is harder for me to say. If you are concerned, I would show them to your docotr and seek his/her opinion.  Hope this helps.  EWH
