http://s1146.photobucket.com/user/sashamysportfishing/library/Mobile%20Uploads?sort=3&page=1

I have attached a link to a couple photos I hope u can direct me in the right direction as I have seen three doctors and all have said different things but all say it's not warts, one doctor said balanitis one said maybe herpes but there is no blister ulcer or pus and this has been like this for a week, the last doctor said contact dermatitis from a hand cream possibly what do u think. Thanks

Google "genital warts photos".  You'll find hundreds.

Thank you very much sir, I am just confused as to what genital warts first look like, I am scheduled to see a dermatologist tomorrow and I appreciate u being honest about examining a photo, one more quick question if I may these bumps are shiny on top, I have been applying lotrimin as the first dr said balanitis, will the lotrimin cause redness and irritation of the penis head opening and where it meets because since I've applied that I've noticed peeling skin and have had some bad chaffe

Noted.  This description makes warts even more unlikely.

Welcome to the forum.

From your description, it is very unlikely you have genital warts.  Also, a distant online expert cannot compete with direct care, especially when you have seen three different doctors.  In any case, if all three were confident you don't have warts, I'm sure that's correct.  I'll just add that the large majority of rashes and other skin problems on the penis or other genital areas are not STDs.  Most of the things that cause rash, dermatitis, etc anywhere on the skin sometimes can affect the genital area.

We don't examine clinical photos on this forum.  We are not dermatologists and in our view this comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance.  But in any case, as noted above, you can be confident you don't have warts and almost certainly no other STD either -- and this forum is not intended to diagnose non-STD genital conditions.

My advice is that if any of your three doctors was a dermatologist, you continue to follow-up with him or her.  If you haven't seen a dermatologist, that would make sense at this time.  You could also consider continuing your discussion on the MedHelp dermatology expert forum -- I believe Dr. Kaur is willing to examine clinical photos.

Anyway, even without seeing a picuture, I'm confident you can stop worrying about genital warts.

I hope these comments have been helpful.  HHH, MD
