Unprotected oral sex with transexual escort

I slept with a higher class transsexual escort last night the sort of higher quality that travels internationally, has her own basic website and charges slightly higher price than most.

She seemed very clean and fresh she was attractive and dressed well and didn't seem like a drug addict or anything like that she insisted that I had to take a shower before sexual conduct the conditions were very clean and we did use condoms for anal however there was a lot of kissing and oral sex with out condom and rimming I also ended up swallowing her ***. At first I was more than happy to use condoms for oral but she took control from the beginning and started kissing me and going straight for oral before I really could do or say anything so I ended up just going with it..  I didn't see any rashes or any sort of visible stds and I also asked her wether she was clean and checked regularly which she insisted she was clean of stds..

I guess I'm just a little concerned about the oral sex and kissing and what the chances would be that I might have something I'm a clean person in a long term relationship with a clean partner the last thing in the world I want is to give my girl friend an std..

I am definitely going to have a check up anyway no matter how small or big the risk might be this is not a regular thing for me but something I do indulge in maybe once a year  so every time  I do I like to take all the precautions to make sure I stay clean and std free..

I was wondering if it would be possible that you could tell me How likely would it be that I may have some sort of std? And how soon is the earliest that I can goto a clinic and double check that I'm okay?

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment.  while one never really knows, from what you say I suspect that your partner gets checked regularly for STIs and that, combined with the use of condoms for anal may it unlikely that she had any STI.  Nonetheless, one can never tell and getting checked is certainly  a reasonable thing to do.

The encounter you describe was very low risk for HIV.  There is no risk for STI from kissing. Condom protected sex is safe sex as long as the condom is worn throughout sex and did not break (and you would know if it did since condoms break wide open when they fail).  This risk of HIV from performing oral sex on her, if she was infected (unlikely), is also quite low- less than 1 infection per 10,000 sex acts.

As far as other STIs are concerned, the major concerns are gonorrhea and from receipt of oral sex, non-gonococcal urethritis.  While these are usually symptomatic, if you wish to be entirely sure that you were not infected I would suggest that you be tested for gonorrhea at the mouth and penis and NGU at the penis.  This testing can be done at any point three or more days after your exposure.

I would not worry about syphilis or herpes unless you develop lesions.  should you develop lesion at a site of contact, seek evaluation.

I hope this comment is helpful.  EWH

I agree with the advice you got at the 2nd clinc and would not take the two pills (azithromycin) at this time.  There is little reason to worry about infection and all medicines have side effects.  I would not have given you the medicine if I saw you in my clinic.    I anticipate that your tests will show that you do not have any infection as a result of this expsoure.  EWH

Yeah true that's a good way to look at it, thanks doc
I went to the doctors yesterday to get a blood test and also the std clinic
They did what the could and gave me a blood test and a urine sample and a swab of my anal passage and throat,, however she did say it was a bit early however they are closing for a week over the holidays and told me that I would need to come back for another test on the 2nd when they re open and that would take another week again for the results..
The doctor also gave me a test to do at another blood test clinic and a urine container to pee in so will be doing that in a couple of days and get the results two days after that he also gave me 2 tablets to take for clamidiya incase I wanted to take them now however I didn't go into details with this doctor like I have with yourself and the drs at the std clinic because he was a regular GP that I see  for normal matters since this is embarrassing enough as it is already..  however when I went to the std clinic the urged me not to take them incase I had something else.. I have these 2 tablets sitting here should I take them? And if I do how bad can it really be these tablets are 500mg Zithromax I thought if I take them now I might be able to knock it on the head..

If she has managed to not become infected until six months ago, she probably did not get infected since her last check up either.  it is still a good idea to be checked but please do not worry until you do.  EWH

We'll I just text her and she just assured me that she was clean.. However she goes on to tell me that she gets checked every 6 months!! Now I'm worried 6 months is way to far apart for her work she then goes on to tell me to get checked anyway so now I'm a bit worried that there is a chance that I might have something

Even if she had any of these infections, most exposures do not lead to infection.  I anticipate that your tests will be negative.  EWH

Thank you for your response I will get tested ASAP

What are the chances of gonorrhea and NGU or herpes or syphilis
If the small chance that she had these things does that mean I have them now?

Should I be worried about giving this to my partner?
