i dont know what it is

I had a few one night stands many months ago. Just a few days ago I had a small round bump in my pubic area. I kept picking at it and clear liquid came out followed by blood. That blood is now a little scab, and later I was picking at it and puss came out of what it seemed to be the same bump. Is this a sign of anything I'm very scared. And now I noticed I have a lot of really little light colored bumps near the head of my shaft. They're too small to try to pop or rip off. I think I've always had these but my mind is freaking out too much is this a sign of anything as well? Please help

Pearly penile papules are normal and do not need treatment and do not go away.  they are just a part of your body and not a reason for concern.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  Condom protected sex is safe sex and the exposure you describe is safe.  You do not need to be concerned.  The bump in your pubic area sounds like folliculitis.  Folliculitis occurs when the pores in your skin get plugged.  This allows that normal bacteria that are present on just about every-one's skin to grow and cause what is essentially a pimple.  Some of these just appear as red bumps which may or may not be  tender while others go on to actually form pimples.

As for the bumps on the head of your penis. while I have not had the benefit of examining you, so-called "pearly penile papules" are normal findings which many people sometimes worry about.   My advice would be to have this verified by having a knowledgeable health care provider but not to worry.  I hope my comments are helpful to you.  EWH
