Hello Doctor, here i am again. I hope it is the final one

Recent exposure you may already read in the previous expert forums.
But I just post again for sure.
8/28/2013 I had a sex with a sex worker and we did not kiss or touch, she licked my nipples with her tongue and touch my penis. then we had a vagina sex with condom, condom did not fall off, but I did not sure it was broken or not, but when I took off condom with napkin, it still had semen in it. when I washed my body after that, I found there was a little wound (close to 1/8 inch) in the head of  prepuce. It was not new but I was worried about during the sex, does it broke again or not. because it was prepuce,so I did not found blood. and there was a ringworm on my penis too, it did not broke, maybe a little inflammation.  After that, I had sex with my girlfriend, on the 8/31/2013, which was 4 days after expose, I wear condom too .I think her status was fine. Then I had some tests which based on the 28th's expose.

and Now time passes over 3 months.I did a STD test package.

HIV 1/2 ab                             negative
HSV 2 IgG                             negative
Hep B surface ab                    reactive
Hep B surface ag                    negative
Hep B core ab                        negative
HCV   ab                                negative
Chlamydia  trachomatis           neagtive
RPR                                      non reactive
Neisseria gonorrhoeae             negative

So I have couple questions here, and please help me.
1.) It is over 3 months mark, are these tests' result can be conclusive ??
2.) If my Hep B surface ab is reactive, is that meaning my body can fight the virus?
3.) any further tests are needed??
4.) Final one, I did a little surgery in 2008, it was aerothorax, using the topical anesthesia at the chest muscle (not the whole body anesthesia) , and I was hospitalized for one month.   Does this situation affect my STD tests window period?? (I mean maybe I need more time to produce detectable antibody)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I'm sorry you're still having such trouble believing or understanding the advice you have had repeatedly on the HIV prevention expert and community forums.

1,4) Your tests are conclusive.  There is no medical condition that would change the reliability of these tests, and certainly your previous surgery has no effect.

2) The reactive hep B virus surface antibody test means either that you have been infected with HBV in the past, or that you have been vaccinated against HBV.  Either way, have no infection now and are immune to catching it in the future.  You will never need to test for it again.

3) Do not have any more tests.

Please note that MedHelp permits a maximum of 2 questions every 6 months on the expert forums (see Terms and Conditions).  You have skirted it by posting on this forum this time, instead of the HIV forum.  The idea is to avoid domination of forums by relatively few users with repeated anxiety driven questions -- much like yours.  We're happy to help, but answering essentially the same questions repeatedly really isn't helpful.  Do your best to hold off for the next year or so.

Regards--  HHH, MD
