hi, i recieved oral sex from a girl i barely knew for about 30 seconds and then stopped her about 3 weeks ago, but recently two small bumps have appeared on my shaft and one halfway on my forskin, her mouth did not reach this point... the bumps aren't raised very high and are mostly skin colored with a slight pigment of red on the top side of my penis, they are also smooth on the top and are not hard... the larger of the two is about 1/8 of an inch, and im really freaking out here, so any advice is much appreciated... could this be an std? if so what are the chances? what kind of an std does this sound like if it is?

In general, oral sex is low risk. Your description suggests the possibility of molluscum contagiosum, a minor infection of no important health impact.  There are no data about transmission from oral sex, although it probably can occur.  If the bumps develop dimples in the center, MC is more likely.

This is speculation, and it is possible the bumps--whether due to MC or something else--are entirely unrelated to the sexual exposure you describe.  You should visit a health care provider for definitive diagnosis.  Your local health department STD clinic would be an excellent choice, especially if you don't have a regular health care provider.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
