28th March 'D' DAY for me

trembles, and shakes.....dentist tomorrow at 6pm to have my horrible horrendous and painful teeth out. They are not bad, just so loose they wobble lol well 2 do, and 3 are starting.

It is taking an enourmous amount of strength on my part to contemplate this even if I am getting a bit of sedation, as I am very phobic have no idea why lol...

The pain i have had these last few days even with antibiotics is worse then child birth lol...

So will be toothless hopefully and then in two weeks i start to get fitted for my new gnashers.

Still shaking thinking about it all, but I must not weaken and attend otherwise my life will be more miserable. I can hardly eat now which is good in one respect as I have lost tons of weight lol.....but not good as I am going to lack in goodness.

So i have bought lots of soups, and stuff for afterwards.

Can someone else take my place lol, please please pretty please........I am such a baby i keep thinking Maria if you can go through a lumbur puncture having a few wobbly teeth should be a doddle lol. xxx

I am so glad for you that you have this behind you and should be able to have a pain free mouth!

Good job on facing down those fears!

I have been doing the oil pulling, too, and am really impressed. I have used both the coconut oil and grapeseed and they both seem to do a great job. It is amazing how clean your mouth feels afterward!

I hope the swelling goes down quickly so you can soon have a whole mouthful of teeth again!

Hey Maria!
I'm glad for you. It's DONE and OVER!
I like your inner soldier! lol
Told you it was going to be a breeze!

Doing "Oil Pulling" each morning (if you don't have EVCO,
any good quality oil, like olive oil, will suffice) will ensure you're removing
those nasty pathogens (toxins, bacteria and germs) from your entire oral cavity. Antibiotics work against bacteria only ( and not 100% effective against all bacteria). I would personally do it twice daily, if had my teeth pulled out.
Oil pulling is part of my daily routine regardless.

Yes, we're very proud of you!
Love and Hugs!
Cheers!
Niko
PS. I just had an insight regarding your condition.
We'll "talk" later.

ha ha well i have the last revenge as the 6 of my teeth that caused me the pain (not holes just nerves exposed), are now reclining in a little bag in the cupboard lol, and I am seriously thinking of taking a hammer to them tee hee that will learn them to cause me so much pain.

Yesterday was a horrible day. I felt awful everything was going mad, legs, head, brain fog, fizzing, tingling, burning, buzzing in the head, on and on, got a bit scared at one point, had vertigo attack twice....but was a brave soldier and realised it was the after affects of sedation and stress, so tried to chill out with it and not go into a panic attack.

I still feel poorly today but not so much, but its my symptoms from my MS or whatever it is, not the dental procedure. Its like having an exacerbation when we get ill etc....

Mind you i did overdo it on Wednesday as well so it could be a bit of that as well lol.

My gums are already healing. Its weird not having teeth, and i even managed to eat ICECREAM yesterday for the first time in several years without actually hitting the roof lol.

So now its just rest and get my gums ready for the next step measuring my dentures....

Thanks for all your support.

Niko i found my inner soldier on Wednesday you would have been proud of me. I went into battle very calm and my blood pressure just prior to the procedure was only 160/90 and my pulse was 63......so shows that I was calm and the soldier was working well for me.

Big hugs to you all. Mariax

Hi there toots. I know how you were feeling. I have a phobia of the dentist too. How did everything go?

At least now maybe the pain will go away and you will have new "choppers" I hope this will all pass in time..

Thinking of you

I hope everything went well, too. I understand your fear of dentists; after my youngest had the allergic reaction to the anesthetic, she usually has a white knuckle grip on the chair arms, if not my hand.

But in your case, surely it will be a major improvement from what you've been going through!

Hope you feel better soon,
Valerie

Maria,
How are you and how did it go?  I hate the dentist as well, but sounds like having them out will be better than keeping them with the pain you are in.

Hope all went well.

Hey Maria.
Thinking makes it worse, I guess.
What happened to the Fearless Maria?
Mindful living and being is the only real truth that makes sense.
Projecting and anticipating brings about undue fear (fear of the unknown
or imagined),anxiety and worries.
Do some meditation and relax. Trust  your Guides. They're there to help.
If I could, I would... take your place.
Do some tapping (EFT). It helps distress. And do some conscious breathing in a 7"-2"-7" pattern inhaling and exhaling through the nostrils (alternate if possible each time) for 5 minutes each time and repeat as many times as you can. It has calming and therapeutic benefits.
My thoughts are with you. You'll be just fine!
Hugs and Love.
Niko
